Jan 24, 2024 · Overall, Wells Fargo has given me better customer service than Amex and Chase. Their app is a bit behind the two leaders, but overall it's very good. The most frustrating thing is you have to dig a few levels to figure out how many points you're getting on each transaction. It's there but it's not super easy to find.

Personally, my only issues with Wells Fargo over the years have been understaffed tellers at the local branch leading to long waits, bad CSS on their website (though the mobile app is pretty good), my debit card never showing up and having unauthorized transactions on it (like how did it even get activated??).

Then they asked her to read them the numbers on the new card so they could activate some security measures. Of course, it was the scammers again.
